Advance the probe from entry → target; the bar shows clearance to critical structures at each depth (green safe, amber caution, red high).
How it works
Type any structure — a deep target (e.g. Left Thalamus, Hippocampus) or a cortical region (e.g. Precentral Gyrus) — and Sulcora searches thousands of candidate entry points, scores each straight-line path by its minimum clearance to eloquent and deep structures (real Harvard-Oxford atlas), and recommends the safest corridor. Click an alternative to preview it, or click any view to set a custom entry. Use ⭳ Export report to save/print the plan (PDF).
This browser demo runs on fixed public MNI152 data. To plan on a patient's own MRI, use the desktop app — it opens your NIfTI/DICOM locally (the scan never leaves your device).
